Stewardship of Human Capital Focus Area

There are over 10,500 employees at Michigan State University and all of them are important as we move from land-grant to world-grant. The Vice President for Finance & Operations has focused on three to ensure that all employees have basic computer skills, people at every level within the organization are engaged in problem-solving and employees have access to enhanced retirement investment options.
